A Registered Valuer since 1996. Paddy has a property development background and his current work largely relates to commercial and industrial property, but also extends to residential and lifestyle property within the Rotorua/Taupo region. He has over 25 years experience as a valuer within the Bay of Plenty including work as an Expert Witness. He has been based in Rotorua since 2003, became part of the CGJ Ltd team in 2012 and is now a director/partner.

Kayan Ho
Director

Kayan holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration Degree from Victoria University of Wellington and a Graduate Diploma in Urban Valuation from Massey University. Kayan started her career in property valuation in 2005 and obtained registration as a valuer in 2009. She joined CGJ in 2014 and became a partner/director in 2019. Kayan specialises in commercial and industrial valuation for various purposes and also undertakes assignments for specialist property class including motels.

Sharon Hall
Registered Valuer, B Com (VPM), ANZIV, SPINZ
Sharon graduated from Lincoln College with a Bachelor of Commerce in Valuation and Property Management in 1986, becoming a Registered Valuer in 1989. Her work experience in the property sector spans over 27 years and has included various aspects of property valuation and management. Sharon started her career with the Housing Corporation in the Manukau and Henderson offices, later moving to Northland where she worked for McNally Valuations and also as a Real Estate Agent and banking consultant before shifting to Rotorua in 2000. Sharon became a part of the CGJ Ltd team in 2013 and will be well known to the public through her years of valuation experience in the Rotorua District. Sharon specialises in residential, lakes and lifestyle valuation. She is a Senior Member of the Property Institute and an Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers.
